Registration forms for summer camps are available to print for your convenience. Please click here to visit the Children Forms page of the site.
Please read and follow these steps to register:
For Basketball Camp, print and mail form and payment to the address noted on registration form.
For Preschool Playcation and Sumatanga Sleepover:
Print and turn in forms to Children’s Ministry office with payment to register.
(Make checks payable to Trinity UMC.)
