WALK TO CHURCH MONTH

Mar. 1, 2010 Amy Mezzell

Trinity is holding it’s second annual Walk-Bike-Carpool to Church Month during the month of March!
The church encourages all of us to try out an alternative form of transportation to get to and from church during this event to benefit our environment and ourselves. Some of the many benefits would be spending more time with your family as you walk to church, getting more exercise, spending time enjoying God’s Creation, saving gas money, reducing carbon emissions, and being good exmaples to the community by showing how Trinity UMC cares about taking care of our world.

If you have a bike, helmet, skateboard, etc. to store, you may store it in the gym during these weeks.

If you would like to purchase a shirt, you can do so by emailing Amy Mezzell or finding them on Sunday, February 28 in the 2nd Floor Commone Area before and after Sunday School. They are $10, and sizes Youth XS - Adult 2X are available. These are the same shirts as last year, so if you already have one, your old one will work just fine.
